Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are published in your account's cashier section. hotpk reserves the right to amend these limits at any time. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit. hotpk aims to process all withdrawal requests within one (1) to five (5) business days, subject to KYC verification status and any pending security review. All bonuses carry wagering requirements (also referred to as "playthrough" requirements) that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. All sports betting markets — including cricket, PSL fixtures, international T20 matches, and other sports offered on hotpk — are governed by the specific sportsbook rules published on the Platform. Odds are displayed in decimal format unless a Player has selected an alternative format in their account settings. All bets are final once confirmed, subject to the void conditions described in the sportsbook rules.
Casino game outcomes — including slot results, live dealer table decisions, and arcade game results — are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing and dealing equipment under live studio conditions. hotpk does not manipulate game outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot titles reflect the long-term theoretical return calculated over a large number of game rounds.

Real Money Funds will not be forfeited solely on the basis of account dormancy.
hotpk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Notification of material changes will be communicated via the registered email address on your account or via a prominent notice on the Platform.
